Why Muslims don't believe in the Crucifixion and death of Jesus?

For Muslims, Jesus was a prophet of God, He was sent by God. If they believe Jesus was a prophet, how come they don't believe in His word that He will die and suffer in the hands of the Romans but will resurrect in three days?
