I can't get on with my flatmates, no strike that, my floormates.?

I have moved down to University since September, and I find myself sitting in my room all night more and more. This is not really because I'm shy (well I am but still, THIS isn't.) A couple of my friends from school also live here, and I hang around with them and their flatmates quite a lot, just going to bars and generally having fun. This makes me feel a bit down though because everyone else is making friends within my flat. I would hang around with my floormates more, but the truth is, I really really can't stand them. Witha few exceptions (one guy in my flat is really cool, and all the people I've met from my lectures and cles are really cool) all they want to do is take drugs or get really drunk and go to clubs and hook up with each other and strangers. Thay are so fake and sometimes I think I'm the only one who can't see through them. Really not my kind of people, I prefer just going to a pub or something with close friends and doing other stuff than getting wasted nightly.
