Infraction for urinating in public.?

so i got a ticket from an officer last month when i was walking on the street and took a piss in a bush. he gave me a urinating in public ticket and told me that its just a minor ticket and its an infraction and that i would just pay and thatd be done. I called the courthouse number at the bottom and tryied to pay over the phone using my DL# and my citation number, but the ticket is not on file. i tried using the internet too but nothing was under my DL or the citation number. its been more than 21 days. i was planning on going to court and just paying but i saw the date as the 17th but it was the 15th. its been 2 days past the date. please help. what are the possible outcomes? can this ticket just not be put into file? could it maybe possible that the officer forgot to report the ticket? should i keep checking back calling the court and see if the ticket is on file or what should i do!??
