Anyone watch Pyschic Kids on A&E? What are your impressions?

Okay, I tend to just watch HD programming and Pyschic Kids happens to be in HD so I've watched a few episodes. I'm curious to see what other people think about the show. I was marginally impressed with the premiere, with the young girl who saw a kid from the 1800s and a census check revealed that she was spot on with her story. Since then though I think it's pretty been pretty sketchy and every episode seems the same. A young boy/girl who is raised by a single mom who either got knocked up at a Jay Z concert or Lollapalooza a few years ago is seeing "spirits." The kids seems kinda socially retarded and don't seem to have many friends and here comes Chip and some other lady with a PHD that's supposed to validate her. Chip, who is gayer than AIDS, takes them to a haunted house and they go looking around with lanterns and splice in some scary music as they see and communicate with spirits. I think it's a bit over the top and is losing it's entertainment value, what do you think?
