Where can I find a Baby Blue suit?

I'm going to be David Bowie from the music video for Life on Mars http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ueUOTImKp0k , for Halloween this year, and I've desperately been trying to find a reasonably priced baby blue suit for my costume. If you take a look at the video, it's a very distinct Baby Blue colored suit. Any istance in finding this would be greatly appreciated :D!
