Have any chance to find my sister?

im looking for my half sister name ana marie shes only 5 0r 6months old (not sure)when my mom give to her real father,im residing here in texas but im from philippines in laguna,i join this coz hoping this is also a way to find her.i got no clue what is her name or where she is now.my family name is VINUYA .from binan laguna,but we move in sta.rosa laguna..
