Has anyone won any autographed cds from gac?

i won autographed rascal Flatt's cd on gac ! i received it but there was no autograph just an unopened cd, another person won the same cd at the same time and didn't get autograph either,i contacted them but got no reply, maybe the autograph sleeve comes later? i don't know do you?
