What is the cheapest way to get to Bangkok?

I want to go to a Tattoo school in Thailand that is apparently amazing which is located in Hua Hin Thailand. I live in Pasco Washington but Seattle isn't too hard to get to. What is the cheapest way to get to Thailand? Is it still possible to get page on a ship by working onboard? How hard is it to get a courier flight? Any suggestions?
