Question about Braxton HIcks and False labour....?

Last Tuesday I had 4 hours of Braxton HIcks, last night I had 5 hours of braxton hicks each time pain was there (although not excutiating) last night they were more intence and went on for longer I also got all shivery and felt hot and cold, is this normal for braxton hicks? could this mean something? I also have been feeling slightly odd today really slight twinges and slight slight ache in back............ I want it over with now (Im 39 weeks 3 days)
