Help!! what should she do?

my best friend just called to tell me that she is pregnant. She is not sure if she should keep the baby. She doesnt know if shes ready or if the timing is right. She has only been with the father for coming up on 2 months and they bicker a lot. she told her sister and her boyfriend that shes pregnant and that abortion has crossed her mind, they both flipped. do you think she should keep it?
