2003 nissan murano, six disc changer, skips when it cold, what to do?

Wife's car. When she gets in it in the morning. The cd player skips till the vehicle is warmed up. Trying to figure a way to keep this from happening. To keep wife happy. Any ideas, other than warming the car up before using the cd player?
